VENTURA, CA June. 15th, 2007 – Art Mora, 52 invented THE EZ-RIG CRANE Almost a decade ago. The crane is a portable, versatile lifting unit with a unique, fully adjustable base for maximum leverage. The unique materials handling design allows the tool to spread its base with outriggers and extend its boom to 20 feet. This design enables the small crane the ability to lift, drop, drag, pull and position load up to 2,500 pounds with an electric winch and 150 feet of cable.
Art's son, John Mora saw a need in the construction markets for the device and built a manufacturing business around his father's design.
“There’s nothing like it out there. We know firsthand.” Said John. John has taken over the manufacturing business of EZ-RIG CRANES and lets Art focus on designing new models.
“In 2007, we dedicated ourselves. We’re also developing new designs with advanced features for all scenarios.” Said John.
Ez-Rig Cranes continues to grow with large corporate clients such as the FAA, Southland Industries, Amelco, and international clients.
